Premium quality Italian honey enriched with the Black truffle. This product was made by steeping black truffle in Authentic Italian honey.
Ingredients: Acacia Honey 98.8%, Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 1% and Flavoring.
Made in Italy.
Recipe ideas: Delicious with cured meat or sharp cheese. You can enjoy it spread with butter on toast or drizzled over vanilla ice cream. The uses are endless. A little of the Truffled Honey goes a long way, in fact most brands recommend 1 tablespoon serving size; our Truffled Honey is potent that 1 teaspoon is equivalent.
