Red Wine Sparking Water Recipe:
-Red Wine Powder 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp
-Sparkling Water or plain water, lukewarm: 1/2 Cup (4 ounces)
Stir for 3-5 Minutes or until fully dissolved. Chill in the refrigerator until cooled and ready to serve.

Summer Sangria Dressing

Ingredients
3 tbsp Simply Spice Red Wine Powder
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 blood orange
½ pink lady apple
2 oz raspberries
4 oz local honey
4 oz water

Total Preparation Time: 35 minutes

This savory salad dressing takes it’s inspiration from a traditional red wine summer sangria. By reducing balsamic vinegar with fruit and honey, the vinegar livens up with the flavors of the season.

Directions

Place the Simply Spice Rubs Wine Powder and water in your blender, blend until your powder has completely dissolved.
Slice your blood orange and apples, add with raspberries, honey & balsamic in a medium sauce pot. Reduce for 25 min over medium heat.

Once the reduction has cooled strain into a mixing bowl and whisk in the dissolved red wine powder.
Pour into a container, seal and place in your refrigerator.


Yield: Approximately 22 oz
