Crystallized Lemon is a shelf-stable (up to 3 years) of a PURE Lemon flavor perfect for replacing real lemon juice, using in your own spice blends, baking mixes, using as a margarita rimmer, over fruit and more!
Do not be fooled, by flavor compounds made up with hidden sugars like Dextrose or Maltodextrin, pure goodness here.

Ingredients: Crystallized Lemon.
Usage:
2 Tsp of Lemon crystals is the equivalent of 1Tbsp of Lemon juice.
6 tsp of lemon crystals is equivalent to the juice of approximately 1 lemon.
Recipes:
Margarita Rimmer- Sea Salt 1 Tablespoon + Your Favorite Chili Pepper 2 Tablespoons + Crystallized Lemon 1 teaspoon
Fruit Seasoning- Salt 2 Tablespoons +Chili Pepper 3 Tablespoons + Crystallized Lemon 1 teaspoon + Cayenne 1/4 tsp
Your Spice Blend: Suggested starting at 2-5% of Crystallized Lemon to the total spice recipe.
